Support Our Community's Recovery Efforts
On June 22, the town of Rock was struck by an EF2 tornado, leaving a path of destruction through residents' homes and properties. Our community has come together with volunteer efforts to help with debris cleanup, but many residents are struggling to cover the landfill and compost site tipping fees as well as the many other costs that have been incurred.
There are two ways you can help:
- Donate via GoFundMe: The Clerk's office has set up a GoFundMe page to raise money specifically for debris removal and management. Your donation will help cover landfill and compost site tipping fees, ensuring that volunteers can efficiently haul debris to the appropriate sites, as well as other costs incurred with debris management efforts through voluntary efforts.
- Donate via Echo: You can also contribute through Echo, where your donation will go directly to the residents for multiple needs caused by the storm.
Your generous donations provide much-needed relief to our residents and support our community's recovery efforts. Every contribution, no matter how small, makes a significant difference. Thank you for your support in helping our community rebuild and recover.
